INSULATED ROLLER SHUTTERS
HR116/Decotherm, the 3 phase electrically operated insulated roller shutter from Hormann, available in stell, aluminium and stainless steel, with the patented ZAK system, closes the door even more tightly and uses less headroom.
Other special features include high grade colour coating, with 7 prefered RAL colours, window elements and ventilation grilles.
CFC Free, acoustic rated, wind tested and sealed, complete with certified safety products.
Operating control options include, induction loops, radar, remote control, push button pull switch, transponder, coded switches, finger scan and traffic contols / traffic lights.
SECTIONAL OVERHEAD DOORS
Hormann insulated industrial sectional overhead doors, operators and controls, all from one source, quality and safety come as standard, with 7 door types available, a Hormann sectional door can be adapted to suit vertually any opening or building.

FIRE SHUTTER FLAMESHIELD 240
The Flameshield 240 Industrial Fire Shutter, the heavy duty solution for industry, galvanised finish as standard with 75mm curved lath.
Submitted to the Warrington Fire Research Establishment and is constructed to WARRES No 150735 - the test in accordance with clause 8 of BS476 part 22: 1987.
Electrical operation, available in 3 phase, 415 volts, 50hz or 1 phase, 240 volts, 50hz. The shutters are driven by a geared electric motor, which has an integral controlled descent mechanism,with a closure speed of approx 100mm per second, emergency hand chain facility and push button starter.
Modes of Activation, Fusible Link Release, Manual Solenoid Release, Auto Solenoid Release.
The shutter can be powder coat paint finished to any standard BS or RAL colour (subject to availability).

FIRE SHUTTER FLAMESHIELD 120
The Flameshield 120 Commercial Fire Shutter, ideal for applications, like receptions and serveries, with 50mm flat or 75mm curved lath, galvansed as standard.
The Flameshield 120, was successfully tested at the Warrington Fire Reserach Establishment and is constructed to WARRES No 145904 - in accordance with clause 8 of BS476 part 22: 1987.
Electric operation with integral single phase tubular motor, solenoid release linked to the fire alarm, controlled release, a volt free signal is required from the fire alarm.
The shutter can be powder coat paint finished to any standard BS or RAL colour (subject to availability).

Hormann Dock Shelters and Dock Seals, designed to protect goods and personnel while loading and unloading vehicles, at the same time saving on energy costs.
Hormann Dock Seals include 4 basic types, Link Arm and Scissor Arm, below dock (roadway)full height versions, inflatable and special applications.
Head and side flaps in four standard colours, Black, Grey, Green and Blue.
Loading Houses, combined with Dock Shelters, installed in front of the building, to maximise warehousing space, also available at 30, 45 and 60 degree angle for a wider range of vehicle manoeuvering.
DOCK LEVELLERS
Hormann loading technology, Dock Levellers and Elevation Platforms, for quick, safe and efficient loading and unloading. Available with optional telescopic or hinged lip, perfect for compensating differences in loading dock heights.
Hormann Dock Levellers comply with all major legal directives and are type tested.
