ALUMINIUM ROLLER SHUTTERS

Choose from a foam filled, rolled aluminium, 32mm profile lath, or an extensive range of double extruded aluminium roller shutters ranging from a 36mm lath through to a 77mm lath. We also offer a double skinned, roll formed, 38mm resin filled lath roller shutter, offering high security with acoustic and insulation benefits.

Operation can be manual by way of an internal crank rod winding handle or manual spring loaded operation with a key lock located to the bottom rail. You can also opt for the shutters to be electrically operated by "Somfy" tubular motor with a range of controls on offer.

All shutters are custom made to customer requirements in a polyester powder coat finish, in a standard RAL or BS colour except for the 32mm foam filled profile, in which the shutter curtain is available in Dark Brown, White or Cream with the guides, box and bottom rail available in Dark Brown or White. The 38mm resin filled profile is available in either Dark brown, White or Cream with the guides, bottom rail and box available in Dark Brown and White as standard with the option of other RAL or BS colours at a surcharge.

ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS WITH VISION

We offer a range of roller shutters offering not only security but security with vision. The punched aluminium slats make these shutters ideal for shop fronts, kiosks, bar servery's and commercial applications where vision is a necessity. There are a range of different profiles available to choose from, a 38mm lath, a 42mm lath and a 77mm lath, all allowing light and air filtration through their punched slots while still retaining high levels of security. There is also the option of having clear polycarbonate lexan strips inserted into the punched laths, offering protection to the punched slots and protection from the weather whilst maximising security.

PERFORATED ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS

As an alternative to roller shutters with punched slats we offer a range of roller shutters with perforated slats. Available in either aluminium or galvanised steel, this option also offers a degree of vision and a high level of security.

Aluminium perforated roller shutters are available with manual or electric operation. Manual operation is by crank rod winding handle, manual spring loaded operation with a key lock located to the bottom rail or hand chain operated. Electric operation is by a tubular motor controlled by a key switch as standard with other control options on offer. This shutter is available in a polyester powder coat finish to either a RAL or BS colour to suit your requirements.

The galvanised steel perforated shutter is also available with both manual or electric operation. The manual push up self coiling option is provided with either pin locks welded to the side guides or an espagnolette lock located to the bottom rail. Electric operation is by a tubular motor controlled by a key switch as standard with a range of other control options on offer. This shutter is supplied either in a galvanised steel finish or a polyester powder coat finish in a RAL or BS colour to suit your requirements.

GALVANISED ROLLER SHUTTER DOORS

These shutters are manufactured in house to suit industrial, commercial and public sectors. Made from interlocking galvanised solid or perforated laths in sizes to suit a range of applications and can be either manually or electrically operated. Manual shutters can be locked by either espagnolette lock located on the bottom rail or by pin locks welded to the side guide channels. Ground lock units can also be fitted at the time of installation or by retro fit, for extra security.

These shutters are available in a galvansed steel finish, polyester powder coat finish in a standard BS or European standard RAL colour or a plastisol finish.

Electric operation can either be by key switch, remote control handset or push button station and the shutters can be complete with a hood and fascia if required.

All shutters are built to last, but periodic maintenance will ensure a longer life and trouble free operation, so why not take advantage of one of our maintenance contracts at the time of installation.

TIMBER ROLLER SHUTTERS

Add a touch of class and elegance by choosing one of our range of timber shutters on offer. These are designed for a range of applications such as bar areas, reception counters, display areas, serveries, cupboards and for use in homes.

Operation is either by manual push up/pull down or by tubular motor activated by key switch or rocker switch. Please note that we recommend electric operation for shutters 2500mm wide or over. Electrically operated shutters can be provided with a manual handcrank override, so that the shutter can be operated in the event of a power failure.

We can supply and install timber shutters in a range of finishes such as ash, beech, cherry, maple, white oak, colombian pine, ramin, red oak, utile and yellow pine in a range of styles and lath sizes. You also have the option of a sanded finish (ready for finishing "by others"), polished clear finish or polished stained finish.

SHOPFRONT SHUTTERS

These shutters are available in a galvansed steel finish, polyester powder coat finish in a standard BS or European standard RAL colour or a plastisol finish.

Other options include aluminium shutters, perforated shutter lath, punched and glased, or a combination of solid shutter and grille or glased sections.
